Refunds and cancellation
A report is digital content delivered at once. Before you pay you tick a box giving express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledging that you lose the 14 day right to cancel once production begins. That is regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the email that delivers the report repeats it with the real time you ticked.
When we refund in full
- The report could not be produced, for example because a data service was down and the report was never delivered.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The report does not match its description on the page where you bought it.
When we do not refund
- You changed your mind after the report was produced.
- The report says a section could not be checked. That is stated on the page before you pay, and it is why the report tells you what to do instead.
How
Email support@propertychecks.example with your order reference. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, usually within five working days.
